產(chǎn)品介紹：

1.本設(shè)備可完成疊片式全直接縫鐵芯片型的自動生產(chǎn)。
2.裁剪動力：采用進口伺服控制技術(shù)，速度快，噪音小，壽命長。
3.送料動力：采用交流同步伺服電動機，具有響應(yīng)快，定位精度高，低噪音，制動熱塤小，壽命長等特點。
4.軌道定位：采用絲杠直線導(dǎo)軌中心定位，刻度盤調(diào)節(jié)定位快速，準確，方便。
5.運動控制：采用先進的PLC控制器，即大量減少了接線又提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性，穩(wěn)定性與實時性，并可進行遠程控制與故障診斷，可最大限度地縮短維護時間與費用。
6.模具：采用進口合金鋼制造的模具，具有剪切毛刺小、模具壽命長、維護次數(shù)少等特點，模具制造工藝完全按照高速沖模具加工，維護、拆裝、研磨尤其方便，減少勞動強度。
