300型矽鋼片橫剪線（硅鋼片橫剪線）

    針對(duì)硅鋼片材料加工鐵芯要求不同長(zhǎng)度的特點(diǎn)利用程序自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，只要將需要的長(zhǎng)度輸入就可以獲得準(zhǔn)確的尺寸，同時(shí)也可以對(duì)因送料輥精確度的誤差而進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償，以達(dá)到最佳效果。

300 Iron Core CNC Traverse Cutting Devices use the servo electric motors and PLC of Taida and Dongyuan of Taiwan, and cut and process the silicon steel sheet by fully-electric numerical control. When the device was first put into operation, it won broad accolade from the users. It has significantly promoted the industrial standard for the transverse cutting line of iron cores. The imported tungsten steel is used on the blade of the machining tool, and the punching needles are fully made of tungsten steel, effectively promoting the number of cutting and punching for times. When cutting the silicon steel sheet without orientation, it will be 5 million times cutting before the blade needs sharpening. It can save both the time for frequent replacement of the machining tools and the expenses wasted on the frequently replaced blades.  It has maximized the service life of the machining tools.
Automatic adjustment will be made by the programs according to different requirements and lengths of the silicon steel materials. Input of your desired length will give you the accurate size. At the same time, compensation can be made up for errors of the precision of feed rolls as to achieve the best results.
